| Magnet extensometer sensor DMS 1 M | |
| Extensometer sensor with 1 clamping magnet and 4 steel-cutting wheels. When clamping the sensor on the tie bar of the die casting machine, the clamping force presses the cutting wheels into the surface of the tie bar. The strain of the tie bars after closing the die cast machine will be measured by the sensor over the 4 cutting wheels. | |

Wireless amplifier BTMV1 |

The wireless amplifier with 2 clamping magnets will fixed on the tie bar. The extensometer sensor and the wireless amplifier is connected by cable. The values of these measuring are transmitted by the wireless amplifiers to the netbook. |

| Measuring software | |
| The measuring software calculates the strain of all 4 tie bars and the total locking force of the die casting machine, shows it at the PC display and stores it in a measuring protocol together with the time and date and also machine and tool number. Protocol-format is PDF and easy to transfer to other systems. | |
